K20 offers an excellent professional learning experience for schools wishing to implement a Professional Learning Community (PLC) or strengthen an existing one.
Why PLCs Matter
PLC implementation has proven to be a powerful strategy for enhancing teaching practices, educator self-efficacy, and student learning, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in schools. PLCs secure schools’ success and better student achievement, and they foster collaboration, shared leadership, and decision-making that includes all stakeholders.
