Tracy Watts McCarty is the Director of Professional Partnerships at the University of Oklahoma’s K20 Center for Educational and Community Renewal. She is a dedicated and skilled educator with 30 years of combined experience in Texas and Oklahoma that includes teaching, leadership, and administration at both the elementary and secondary levels. In her position at the K20 Center, she facilitates professional development for teachers, administrators and school leaders and assists school districts across the state in developing strategic plans of improvement, all of which contribute to her life’s ambition to positively impact the future of our state and country by improving education.
