As the K20 Center’s adult learning designer, Shayna collaborates with program coordinators, professional development facilitators, and curriculum specialists across the center to produce high quality learning experiences. Prior to working at the K20 Center, Shayna worked for a decade as a graphic designer and illustrator, growing an interest in how graphics can facilitate learning. Shayna began her K20 career as a graphic artist in 2013. Her passion for K20’s mission inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in instructional design and to continue her professional growth into her current role. Shayna lives in Norman with her husband, two daughters, and mother-in-law. Together, they work together to build a sustainable and resilient homestead through gardening and connections with their community.
