As a curriculum specialist Sarah works with teachers across the state of Oklahoma, through professional development experiences and observations, to integrate authentic lessons and instructional strategies into their teaching practice in effort to promote greater student engagement. Additionally, she writes social studies lessons for K20’s LEARN website. Before working at K20 she spent ten years teaching 8th grade U.S. history for Norman Public Schools.
