About Rachelle Johnson
I have taught secondary science for nine years in Texas and in Norman. I have a passion for research-based practices and teacher development, ensuring that students get the best experiences they can. I have collaborated with educators to develop and deliver professional developments focused on the everyday needs in the classroom. I received my Master’s degree from OU in 2021 in Education Administration and am currently working on my Ph.D. in Science Education. I believe it is important for educators to be life-long learners, to not only grow with content but also pedagogical practices. Collaboration, authentic learning, and play are my favorite parts about education!
