Jane Reynolds is the Parent Engagement Coordinator for GEAR UP for MY SUCCESS. She began her career as a middle school teacher in a small rural community and went on to serve rural communities as a School-to-Work Coordinator in the Oklahoma Career Tech System. Prior to joining the GEAR UP program, Jane served as a high school guidance counselor and Career Tech liaison. Jane has a M. Ed. in School Counseling from East Central University in Ada and a B.A. in Elementary Education with Language Arts endorsement from the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma. As the Parent Engagement Coordinator, Jane works with GEAR UP for MY SUCCESS schools to promote parents’ participation in their child’s planning for post-secondary education.
