About Glen Straughn, M.S.

Glen K. Straughn is a game programmer for K20’s Game-Based Learning team. Glen taught himself to program in C++ at the age of 16 before pursuing a formal education in computer science, ultimately earning his masters from Oklahoma State University. After grad school, he worked in various technical fields while teaching himself game development in his spare time. He joined the K20 Center in 2019 and has since worked on projects such as Get a Life. As a game programmer, he is responsible for writing the code that dictates each game’s behavior and internal logic, creating developer tools, and maintaining technical documentation. In his spare time, Glen continues to learn everything he can about game development, hoping to someday possess at least a rudimentary knowledge of every discipline in the field.
