As the Evaluation Data Coordinator for the GEAR UP for LIFE grant, Ellie collects and organizes a variety of data to share with K20 stakeholders (e.g., principals, parents, counselors, and students). Organizing the data helps highlight relevant information and improve services across the K20 Center. Before joining the K20 Center, Ellie studied interpersonal communication and taught Communication and Statistics courses at Northern Illinois University, Mid-America Christian University, and the University of Oklahoma. Ellie received her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, her Master of Arts from Northern Illinois University, and plans to finish her Ph.D. by Summer 2025.
