About Bailie Cobble
I work as a Professional Learning Facilitator for the GEAR UP for LIFE grant. My job involves collaborating with a team to create impactful professional development sessions for educators across 27 diverse schools in Oklahoma. I am passionate about nurturing authentic teaching practices, fueling creativity, and fostering innovation in classrooms. Additionally, I aim to cultivate a college- and career-focused culture within our cohort schools. Before taking up this role, I worked as a middle school mathematics educator in Norman Public Schools for six years. My firsthand knowledge and insights from this experience have been invaluable in my current role. As a first-generation college graduate, I believe I embody the spirit of perseverance and ambition and serve as a source of inspiration to my peers and students. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and working on various home improvement projects.
