Allison Taylor-Kniffen brings a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering impactful lessons. Her journey in education began six years ago with no prior experience, relying on research, collaboration, and trial and error to design engaging lessons. This collaborative and adaptive approach will make her a valuable asset to our Instructional Design team. When COVID struck, Allison played a crucial role in her district’s swift integration of Canvas, designing user-friendly and engaging online lessons. She even led a Canvas training session for staff, demonstrating her commitment to supporting her colleagues and enhancing online learning experiences. Allison focuses on observing student engagement and feedback to continually refine her lessons, ensuring they promote critical thinking and active participation. Her dedication to fostering student involvement and confidence aligns perfectly with our mission to bring authentic experiences and innovation to students, educators, families, and community stakeholders.
