Dr. Shelley McMillin is the Director of K12 Partnerships at the University of Oklahoma’s K20 Center for Educational and Community Renewal. With over 36 years of experience in public education, she has excelled in various roles including science teacher, district science curriculum coordinator, elementary school principal, and university adjunct professor.
Dr. McMillin’s current position focuses on facilitating professional learning opportunities customized for superintendents and principals. This involves emphasizing continuous strategic improvement and leadership in collaboration with the Oklahoma School Board Association (OSSBA). Additionally, she actively participates in professional development for early career teachers through the Uplifting Classrooms partnership with The Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration (COSSA).
