About Mariah Warren,

Mariah serves as the GEAR UP for the FUTURE Project Director and an Oklahoma Educational Technology Trust Instructional Technology Specialist. In these roles, she leads multidisciplinary teams, supports college and career readiness initiatives, and creates and facilitates authentic learning experiences through professional development for educators statewide. She also serves as a Co-Chair for the K20 Center’s annual Innovative Learning Institute and is a member of the K20 Professional Learning Committee.
 
Mariah began working with the K20 Center in June 2019 as the Science and Math Curriculum Specialist for GEAR UP for the FUTURE, later advancing to Lead Professional Development Coordinator before assuming her current role as Project Director. As a classroom teacher, she previously taught high school biology, human anatomy and physiology, environmental science, and algebra I in Charleston, South Carolina.
