Kiley Aaron serves the K20 Center through several roles. As a member of the research & evaluation team, she helps ensure IRB compliance, record maintenance, and data processing among other things. As the HR Coordinator for the K20 Center, Kiley participates in the hiring process, onboarding, employee relations, HR questions & concerns, as well as liaising with University HR. As the leader of the K20 Student Tech Team, Kiley is the project manager for a team of student employees who serve the technological needs of the Center, from managing hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment to ensuring staff are able to use their devices to their full capacity.
