About Keiana Cross
As the Director of Instructional Design, Keiana leads a team of instructional designers and writers in developing high-quality resources for Oklahoma educators. Collaborating with curriculum and professional development specialists, they ensure the creation of authentic, research-based learning experiences that support student-centered learning.
With a focus on authenticity, quality, and innovation, her team provides guidance on pedagogy, recommends technology integration for classroom use, and oversees the resource development process. Their goal is to take research-backed methodologies and transform them into read-to-use toolkits for Oklahoma educators. Her team has helped publish over 200 5E lessons, along with dozens of professional learning sessions and instructional strategies.
In her personal time, Keiana enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, traveling, trying out local restaurants, and supporting the OU women’s gymnastics team.
