Jericho is a Student Experiences Specialist for the GEAR UP for LIFE grant at the K20 Center, joining the LIFE team after a decade of experience in the K-12 education field, teaching foreign language and advocating for English Learners. Jericho is dedicated to building relationships with students and families, helping them achieve their goals, and connecting them to vital community and cultural resources. With her bilingual skills, she facilitates communication to ensure that students and their families receive the support they need. Her practice is guided by evidence-based methods and values. Her skill is learning from others’ successes and achievements.
