About Braden Roper, M.S.

Braden Roper is the Technical Lead of the Game-Based Learning team at the K20 Center. He has been developing educational games for the Center for over 6 years, contributing to 15 game projects and being a primary or lead developer on 6. During this time, he received his master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, and has since led a team of game-play programmers to produce even more educational games. One of the more recent game projects he programmed, Get A Life, received the 2019 Students’ Choice Award at the Serious Games Showcase and Challenge. Another work of his and the Game-Based Learning team, Functions of the Machine, was a finalist in the same competition.
