Bailie Cobble is a Professional Learning Facilitator for the GEAR UP for LIFE grant. In this role, Bailie collaborates with a team to design and deliver impactful professional development sessions for educators across 22 diverse school districts in Oklahoma. Passionate about fostering authentic teaching practices, creativity, and innovation in the classroom, Bailie is dedicated to cultivating a college- and career-focused culture within cohort schools. Before stepping into this position, Bailie spent seven years as a middle school mathematics educator in Norman Public Schools, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in the classroom. As a first-generation college graduate, Bailie takes pride in her perseverance and ambition, using her journey to inspire both peers and students. In her free time, she enjoys tackling home improvement projects and making lasting memories with her family.
