My mission is further the goals of the K20 Center Grant in my role as a Professional Development Coordinator for Gear Up for My Success. This is includes providing high quality professional development opportunities to partner schools, encouraging teachers in partner schools to step up as leaders and offering them resources, support, and training to help them succeed and eventually thrive independently of K20. I also strive to partner with schools to develop and implement action plans toward achieving whole school systemic growth.
