Be an OETT Phase II School
- Superintendent or Principal must have completed OK-ACTS Phase I Leadership
- Attended 2-day leadership seminar
- Attended 2 cluster meetings
- Completed the technology assessment (e.g.,TAGLIT or TIPS)
- Submitted one action plan
- Develop & submit an OETT/OK-ACTS Grants to Schools application
